Tell us in advance about your electric wheelchair, walking frame or other mobility aid, including its size and weight. Suitability and available space are checked for your individual journey.
Companions & luggage
Include all passengers, companions, suitcases and additional equipment in your request. If you need space for two wheelchairs, please ask: the required capacity must be checked and confirmed first.
AMARIS airport journeys do not include medical care. Boarding assistance, any help needed with stairs and the airport handover point are agreed before the journey.

Can I stay in my wheelchair during the airport transfer?
Please tell us whether you wish to remain in your wheelchair or can move to a vehicle seat. Share its type, dimensions and total weight including its occupant. We check vehicle suitability before confirming the transport.
Can you accommodate a power wheelchair or two wheelchairs?
Please provide the number of wheelchair spaces needed and the dimensions and total weights. Capacity is checked individually. An enquiry alone does not confirm space for two wheelchairs or a particular electric wheelchair.
Can I arrange a transfer from Frankfurt Airport to my hotel?
Yes. Send your flight number, arrival date, hotel address, passenger and luggage details, and any wheelchair requirements. We agree the meeting point and confirm the appropriate transfer with you.
Where will I meet the driver at Frankfurt Airport?
We agree the exact meeting point in advance based on your terminal, mobility requirements and current vehicle access. Tell us about any airport assistance you have booked and provide a telephone number you can use on arrival.
What if my flight is delayed?
Please contact us about flight changes or delays so we can discuss revised pickup arrangements. Allow for baggage collection, border checks and any assistance after landing when planning when you will be ready.
Can a companion travel with me?
Companions can be included by prior arrangement. Please give the total number of passengers and luggage so that seating and storage space can be checked before confirmation.
Does the transfer include assistance all the way to the aircraft?
AMARIS provides the agreed road journey and handover. Arrange assistance inside the airport and to the aircraft separately through your airline or tour operator.
Can I book an early pickup, a late arrival or a return transfer?
Please enquire about your times in advance. Outbound and return journeys can be planned together. We confirm availability for your specific date and time personally.
Is Frankfurt Airport FRA the same as Frankfurt-Hahn?
No. This page is for transfers to and from Frankfurt am Main Airport, code FRA. Frankfurt-Hahn, code HHN, is a different airport. Check the airport code on your flight booking before requesting your transfer.
